Thoroughly interesting things can be found out once you want to replace your old driver’s license with the new one. First of all the brochure has some funny guy smiling at you on its front (alistar? Call me anytime!). Well ok, nothing special there… the really weird thing lies within the regulations for the photograph of the holder which disallows everyone to wear any kinds of hats.
